Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

We are looking for a driven and results‑oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. In this role you will identify and engage potential customers, create opportunities for our sales team, and act as the first point of contact for prospects, representing Admetrics with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads through multiple channels such as email, phone, social media, and events.
• Engage and nurture leads, building relationships and moving prospects through the outbound funnel.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and the CEO to hand off qualified leads and ensure a seamless prospect experience.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, logging all interactions, notes, and status updates.
• Gather market and competitor insights from prospects to improve targeting and messaging.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Results‑driven mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Experience in lead generation, outbound sales or business development is a plus.
