Sales Development Representative – Remote (US Hours)

About the role

Coseek is a performance‑based cold‑call agency looking for 2‑3 high‑energy Sales Development Representatives. You will work remotely during US Eastern business hours, turning cold conversations into warm opportunities for B2B software clients.

Key responsibilities

• Run outbound cold‑calling campaigns for multiple clients across different industries and ideal customer profiles.
• Follow client‑specific scripts, conduct discovery, handle objections, and book qualified meetings.
• Make 20‑30 live conversations per day and aim to book 1‑3 meetings on strong days.
• Review call recordings, participate in weekly coaching, and continuously improve call technique.

Required profile

• Passion for phone outreach; comfortable making back‑to‑back calls and handling “no thanks” without hesitation.
• 2+ years of outbound calling experience targeting US, UK, or AU markets.
• Ability to converse naturally with C‑level executives or business owners without sounding scripted.
• Commitment to self‑review and improve call performance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a dialer platform for power‑dialing.
• Experience using AI‑assisted tools for task tracking and lead research.
