Sales Development Representative (Remote, SAST hours)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join Zabota’s remote team. Your main mission is to contact founders of fast‑growing US companies, secure qualified conversations and book meetings that drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Send 20‑25 personalized LinkedIn connection requests each morning and engage with replies.
• Make 100‑140 outbound calls daily using a power‑dialer, prioritising warm leads from LinkedIn or email first.
• Leave voicemail and SMS follow‑ups designed to generate callbacks.
• Log all activity automatically in HubSpot, keeping the admin load minimal.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified meetings that align with the company’s target market (telehealth, agencies, DTC e‑commerce).

Required profile

• Proven outbound sales track record (door‑to‑door, telesales or B2B SDR) of at least 6 months.
• Experience contacting US‑based decision‑makers.
• Ability to capture a distracted CEO’s attention within 30 seconds.
• Professional, fluent English with the flexibility to switch tone between formal and informal.
• Availability to work 3 pm‑11 pm SAST (covers 9 am‑5 pm ET).

What we offer

• Base salary of $2,000 USD per month.
• $75 for every qualified meeting that takes place.
• $150 bonus each time a booked meeting converts into a client.
