Sales Development Representative – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our remote outbound sales team. You will generate qualified sales meetings for recruitment agencies across the UK by prospecting new businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new businesses through outbound cold calling, LinkedIn and email.
• Book qualified meetings for our recruitment agency clients.
• Build relationships with senior decision‑makers.
• Manage your sales pipeline and keep the CRM up‑to‑date.
• Qualify prospects against agreed criteria and maintain high daily outbound activity.
• Produce accurate meeting notes and reports.
• Collaborate with your manager to continuously improve performance.
• Contribute to a positive, high‑performance team culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience as an SDR, BDR, appointment setter or in outbound lead generation.
• Proven experience selling into the UK market.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Comfortable making high volumes of outbound cold calls.
• Reliable laptop, quality headset and stable internet connection.
