Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing B2B technology company seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting and generate qualified meetings for our Account Executives. The role is fully remote, operates on UK working hours, and offers strong earning potential based on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high volumes of outbound cold calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach to target prospects.
• Research and identify key decision‑makers within target organisations.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined criteria.
• Book high‑quality discovery meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM.
• Consistently meet daily, weekly and monthly activity targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimise campaign performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 100 outbound dials per day with a proven track record of pipeline generation.
• Strong call quality and objection‑handling abilities.
• Positive attitude towards targets and performance metrics.
• Previous experience in SDR, telesales, outbound sales or call‑centre environments preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage activity levels.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting.
