Sales Development Representative (Remote, Full-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to own the top of our outbound sales funnel. This fully remote, full‑time position focuses on generating new business opportunities through cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach while working US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Build and manage prospect lists using sales tools and research target companies and decision‑makers.
• Qualify leads, schedule qualified meetings, and maintain high show‑up rates.
• Handle objections, refine messaging, and continuously improve conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report daily activity, meetings booked, and pipeline metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an outbound SDR, Business Development Representative, or similar role.
• Consistently meets or exceeds outbound sales targets.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Experience running multi‑channel outbound campaigns (cold call, cold email, LinkedIn).
• CRM proficiency – Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
