Sales Development Representative – Outbound Prospecting

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to lead outbound prospecting and schedule qualified meetings for B2B clients, initially focusing on the mining sector. The role is fully English‑speaking and involves high‑volume cold calling supported by email and LinkedIn outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospects in the mining industry to book qualified meetings.
• Manage email outreach campaigns, including follow‑ups and response tracking.
• Execute and manage LinkedIn outreach and connection campaigns.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify prospects against client‑defined criteria before scheduling meetings.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking in HubSpot.
• Coordinate meeting scheduling and calendar logistics with prospects and internal teams.
• Maintain a high‑volume, high‑quality outbound prospecting cadence and provide feedback on messaging performance.

Required profile

• Fluent English speaker, both spoken and written.
• 2–5 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or outbound sales roles.
• Proven success with high‑volume cold calling.
• Comfortable managing multi‑channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn).
• Experience using CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
