About the role

Join a fast‑growing luxury portrait studio as a Sales Development Representative. You will engage warm, pre‑qualified women who are already interested in a confidence‑boosting photography experience and guide them from curiosity to commitment.

Key responsibilities

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to warm leads.
• Follow a proven sales process on every call and consistently meet booking targets.
• Understand each prospect’s needs, address objections, and secure commitments.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline in the company CRM.
• Provide clean administrative data to support the wider team.
• Participate in daily coaching sessions and apply feedback quickly.

Required profile

• Natural closer who enjoys the process of turning interest into a yes.
• Self‑motivated and able to hit targets without constant supervision.
• Coachable and eager to improve based on detailed call reviews.
• Resilient, able to maintain performance on both good and challenging days.
• Ambitious with a desire for uncapped earnings and career growth.

Required skills

• Exceptional phone communication skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet, professional remote workspace.

What we offer

• Base salary £14,000‑£16,000 per year (paid in ZAR equivalent).
• On‑target earnings £35,000‑£45,000 per year once fully ramped.
