Sales Development Representative

About the role

The Sales Development Representative will generate qualified sales opportunities for Jem’s revenue team by prospecting, engaging decision‑makers and booking meetings with potential employer customers. This entry‑level, early‑career position focuses on pipeline creation and supports Account Executives throughout the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect target accounts via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, networking and research.
• Identify and qualify potential employer customers and run discovery conversations.
• Book meetings for Account Executives and ensure smooth hand‑over into the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track activity levels and report on meeting volume and conversion metrics.
• Attend events and networking sessions to generate leads and share market feedback with sales and product teams.
