Sales Development Representative

About the role

Outsourcing Advantage is a boutique business process outsourcing firm that provides back‑office and customer‑service support to US‑based companies. We are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated Sales Development Representatives who can generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new leads and identify potential customers.
• Conduct cold outreach via phone and email.
• Qualify prospects and assess fit.
• Schedule meetings for senior sales staff.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Follow up consistently to nurture leads.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as an SDR, BDR, or appointment setter.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Goal‑oriented with a strong drive to meet targets.
• Reliable internet connection and self‑motivation.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with a CRM platform.
• Outbound calling experience.
