Sales Development Representative

About the role

As a Sales Development Representative you will drive growth by initiating conversations with prospective clients and opening doors for new business opportunities. You will act as the first point of contact, understanding client needs and presenting our outsourcing solutions in a confident, consultative manner.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach and networking.
• Build relationships with prospects, understand their staffing and outsourcing requirements.
• Present Outsourcing Staffing Advantage’s solutions professionally and consultatively.
• Qualify leads, schedule discovery calls, and guide prospects through the sales process.
• Prepare proposals, follow up, and close new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client and sales activity records in the CRM.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales, revenue, and client acquisition targets.
• Foster long‑term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, business development, account management, or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Proven ability to generate new business and close deals.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Confident communicator with business owners, managers, and decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and driven to meet sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written English (C1 proficiency).
