Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for a fast‑moving B2B platform that serves founders and early‑stage companies. You will work with a startup‑focused ideal customer profile, engage prospects via LinkedIn and email, and hand off qualified meetings to the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads against defined ICP criteria and conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn and email.
• Write clear, personalized outreach messages that resonate with early‑stage founders and B2B decision‑makers.
• Book qualified meetings for the sales team, providing accurate context and qualification notes.
• Maintain a clean record of outreach and qualification activity in the CRM.
• Track outreach activity, qualification rates, and meeting conversion metrics, flagging patterns to the team.

Required profile

• Proven outbound sales or SDR experience with a track record of qualifying leads and booking meetings.
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach and email prospecting for B2B audiences.
• Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and founder pain points.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms to manage pipeline activity.
• Highly organized, self‑directed, and able to manage a high volume of leads independently.
