Sales Development Representative

About the role

As a Sales Development Representative you will own outbound execution for multiple client accounts, focusing on conversations, qualification and booking meetings. No lead sourcing is required – you will act as the front‑line of each client’s sales pipeline while managing 2 to 3 accounts simultaneously.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound calls to B2B prospects.
• Book qualified meetings and generate consistent pipeline.
• Manage multiple client accounts at the same time.
• Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings.
• Send follow‑ups and keep prospects engaged.
• Liaise with clients to provide updates and feedback.
• Track pipeline, activity and performance metrics.
• Continuously improve messaging and conversion rates.

Required profile

• 2+ years of SDR experience.
• Background in SaaS or service‑based sales.
• Proven cold‑calling and outbound sales track record.
• Strong phone communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Self‑starter with strong ownership.
• Nice to have: experience in an agency or multi‑client environment.
