Sales Development Representative (B2B Wholesale) – Remote

About the role

We are launching a dedicated B2B Wholesale Division to expand our successful consumer brand into thousands of independent brick‑and‑mortar retailers. As a Sales Development Representative you will focus on acquiring independent pet stores, hardware shops, specialty retailers and variety stores across the United States, working remotely and aligning with US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails and digital outreach to independent retailers.
• Present our wholesale catalog, explain product velocity and pricing, and secure initial master‑case orders.
• Maintain a clean sales funnel in the company CRM, moving prospects from initial contact to active ordering.
• Guide new accounts through first‑order setup and ensure ongoing re‑orders for residual commissions.
• Track and report pipeline metrics to support continuous growth.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated hunter comfortable with a 100% commission‑only compensation model.
• Ability to work dedicated US business hours while operating remotely.
• Strong communication skills for educating store buyers on product benefits.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on building long‑term retailer relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using a CRM system to manage leads and accounts.
