Sales Development Representative (B2B / SaaS) – South Africa

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative to generate new business for our media network across South Africa. Working remotely, you will use supplied prospect lists in HubSpot to contact brokers, fintech firms and marketing agencies, introducing our B2B SaaS advertising solutions and securing qualified opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enrich prospect data in HubSpot, ensuring each contact has a defined next step.
• Make consistent outbound calls to decision‑makers at brokers, fintech companies and media buyers at agencies.
• Conduct discovery calls, match the most relevant network brand to the prospect and present proposals and insertion orders.
• Develop and own the PR and marketing agency channel as a priority growth area.
• Manage the sales pipeline through to verbal agreement and hand closed deals to account management.
• Adhere to compliance rules for outbound calling at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of B2B outbound sales or SDR experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, CFD/forex or B2B SaaS.
• Clear, professional spoken English understandable to UK, European and Gulf decision‑makers.
• Consultative, non‑scripted sales style with strong rapport‑building skills.
• Own reliable computer, headset, internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Ability to work UK business hours consistently and manage cold‑calling independently.
• High integrity and accurate brand representation.
