Sales Development Representative & Appointment Setter

About the role

We are a fast‑growing U.S. real‑estate investment firm expanding into new American markets. We seek a detail‑oriented Sales Development Representative who will combine market research with inbound phone communication to source profitable property deals and set qualified appointments for our acquisitions team.

Key responsibilities

• Search U.S. residential property listings and filter opportunities that meet strict buying criteria.
• Conduct comparative market analyses, review pricing trends, and evaluate deal viability.
• Maintain accurate acquisition spreadsheets and update records in our CRM.
• Present qualified high‑margin opportunities to senior acquisitions staff.
• Answer inbound calls from homeowners, build rapport, and gather property condition and seller motivation data.
• Log all interactions in the CRM and schedule follow‑up appointments for U.S. acquisitions managers.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data.
• Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple leads and maintain clean records.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working remotely across time zones.
