Sales Dealership Advisor (Insurance)

About the role

Join OUTsurance as a Sales Dealership Advisor and help drive insurance sales through our dealership network. You will interact with customers, convert leads into policies, and deliver a high‑quality experience while working in a performance‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Convert leads and quotes into sales, meeting minimum quantity and quality targets.
• Communicate regularly with Dealership Account Managers.
• Guide customers through product options and assist them in making purchasing decisions.
• Conduct outbound telephone outreach to prospective clients, presenting product benefits and adhering to quality standards.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge to provide accurate information.
• Use persuasion techniques to close sales and achieve individual and team objectives.
• Handle inbound calls and emails professionally and promptly.
• Participate as a team player in activities that support overall organisational goals.

Required profile

• Matric qualification.
• Completion of FAIS Regulatory Exams (RE or full qualification).
• Minimum 2 years experience in insurance sales (advantageous).
• Previous call‑centre experience.
• Computer literacy.
• Relevant tertiary or call‑centre qualification (advantageous).
• Experience in short‑term insurance (advantageous).
• Strong sales orientation, attention to detail, and results‑driven mindset.
