Sales & Customer Service Administrator – Medical Devices

About the role

The company seeks a proactive, organised and reliable Sales & Customer Service Administrator to support sales, customer service, purchasing, stock, repairs, invoicing and tender functions within a medical device environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for customers via phone, email and in‑person, processing orders and generating quotations.
• Support purchasing and stock administration, including supplier communication, price updates, GRV processing and invoice verification.
• Coordinate repair requests, obtain quotations, track progress and maintain accurate repair records.
• Generate and issue customer invoices, verify pricing, track outstanding orders and assist with credit notes.
• Assist with tender preparation, gathering pricing and specifications, and ensure timely, accurate submissions.
• Provide general office administration, data capture, document preparation and support for sales, logistics and finance teams.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, purchasing or stock administration.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working with figures, pricing, invoices and financial documentation.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and suppliers, both verbally and in writing.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude and willingness to assist across business areas.
• Grade 12 / Senior Certificate and fluent English.
• South African citizenship.
