About the role

The role is responsible for providing market coverage and driving sales across the assigned areas within the Evolution Finance division. You will lead credit team activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and build strong stakeholder relationships to meet commercial targets.

Key responsibilities

Achieve product sales targets and manage promotional expenditures within approved budgets.
Oversee credit team activities, recruit, train and develop team members.
Develop and execute the sales cluster strategy, promoting cross‑sell opportunities and increasing active store count.
Maintain compliance with regulatory and operational requirements across the cluster.

Required profile

Grade 12 qualification with solid understanding of sales principles and customer service.
Proven experience in sales or sales management, preferably within banking or finance.
Strong leadership, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

Competence with Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and presentation.
