Sales Coordinator – Luxury Segment

About the role

The Sales Coordinator for the Luxury segment supports the field sales team across South Africa, ensuring smooth administrative and operational processes. Acting as the central hub, the coordinator facilitates communication, manages data, and provides the resources needed for sales representatives to achieve their targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance to the field sales team, including scheduling, calendar management, and preparation of presentations and proposals.
• Assist onboarding of new sales representatives with documentation, training materials, and system access.
• Liaise between the sales team and internal departments such as Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Education, Key Account Management and Business Planning to resolve issues.
• Process commissions, tester and stock orders, track fulfillment and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales data, consolidate reports, identify trends and support strategic decision‑making.
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries, coordinate meetings, events and product demonstrations.
• Manage sales collateral, ensuring the field team has up‑to‑date product information and marketing materials.
• Oversee tester allocation and PLV ordering, delivery and tracking, monitoring stock levels and flagging discrepancies.
