Sales Consultant – Urology, Critical Care & Endoscopy (Medical Device)

About the role

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for selling the Urology, Critical Care and Storz Endoscopy product range across the assigned territory. The role involves maintaining and growing existing accounts, expanding the customer base, demonstrating products to clinical staff, and achieving defined sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Sell and promote the Urology, Critical Care and Endoscopy product portfolio.
• Maintain and grow existing business while acquiring new customers.
• Schedule and attend appointments with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations for clinical personnel.
• Prepare weekly planners and activity reports for the manager.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales budgets.
• Network with physicians, key opinion leaders and other hospital stakeholders.
• Manage consignment stock and follow up on quotations.
• Perform general administration and record all activities in Force Manager CRM.
• Assist the National Product Manager with journal clubs, workshops, conferences and other marketing events.
• Support sales budgeting and implementation of tactical and strategic plans.
• Perform daily calls to customers and prospects, promote product features and benefits.
• Analyse competitor products and provide strategic recommendations.
• Utilise customer profiling and mapping tools to align product families with customer needs.

Required profile

• Experience in medical‑device or healthcare product sales.
• Strong relationship‑building and networking abilities.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory and conduct on‑site product demonstrations.
• Good organisational skills for planning, reporting and administrative tasks.
• Effective communication with internal teams such as Customer Services, Finance and Logistics.
