About the role

The Sales Consultant will contact prospective clients, educate them about our products and facilitate the purchase process. You will work with allocated leads, respond promptly to client inquiries, and attend scheduled appointments.

Key responsibilities

Work given leads efficiently and respond to them in a timely manner.
Set up and attend appointments with clients.
Make calls following Prime’s dialing protocol.
Provide clear, easy‑to‑understand explanations of product functionality.
Respond promptly to all client correspondence.

Required profile

Matric qualification; completed degree or 3‑year diploma from a reputable tertiary institution.
Excellent communication skills, fluent English with a neutral accent.
Previous sales experience is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet set targets.
