Sales Consultant – Hair Restoration & Aesthetic Solutions

About the role

Advanced Hair Studios is a market leader in medical and non‑medical hair restoration. The Sales Consultant will guide prospective clients through professional consultations, understand their individual needs and recommend tailored treatment solutions while ensuring a seamless studio operation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct professional consultations and identify client needs.
• Recommend appropriate treatment solutions and generate revenue through consultative selling, upgrades and cross‑selling.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, manage the sales pipeline and consultation diary.
• Follow up with unsold enquiries and inactive clients.
• Oversee daily administration, filing, banking, stock control and coordinate stock orders.
• Liaise with studio staff and management to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven history of exceeding sales targets in a consultative environment.
• Experience selling premium products or services where trust and relationship building are essential.
• Strong objection‑handling, closing, interpersonal and communication abilities.
• High emotional intelligence, polished presentation and confidence engaging with executive‑level clients.
• Proactive, self‑motivated with excellent organisational and administrative skills.
