Sales Consultant – Cape Town & Johannesburg

About the role

Estora Home, a South African furniture manufacturer and retailer, is seeking passionate Sales Consultants for its Cape Town and Johannesburg showrooms. The role involves guiding customers through product selections, providing design advice, and delivering exceptional service from enquiry to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in the showroom and online, offering product recommendations and design guidance.
• Prepare quotations, process sales, and follow up on leads and enquiries.
• Maintain showroom standards, presentation and support day‑to‑day operations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of sales and customer service experience, preferably in furniture, interior design or retail.
• Hardworking, reliable, punctual and professional with strong communication skills.
• Well‑presented, customer‑focused and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s licence and own transport preferred.

Required skills

• Computer literacy and ability to learn new sales systems.
• Strong administration and organisational abilities.
