About the role

Domains.co.za is seeking a motivated Sales / Client Manager to guide new customers toward the right domain, hosting and security solutions and to provide ongoing after‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

Assist new clients in selecting the most suitable domain, hosting or SSL products.
Provide after‑sales support, offering advice and solutions to existing customers.

Required profile

Valid Matric qualification.
Minimum 2 years experience in the internet, domain or web‑hosting environment.
Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Strong knowledge of internet protocols and terminology.
Ability to work under pressure, meet targets and deadlines.
