Sales & Business Development Representative – Shopfitting

About the role

The company provides custom shopfitting solutions for retail, commercial and hospitality brands. As a Sales & Business Development Representative you will drive new business, build client relationships and turn opportunities into profitable projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential new clients across retail groups, property developers, architects, interior designers and contractors.
• Generate leads, arrange meetings and site visits, and follow up on quotations.
• Maintain a sales pipeline, provide regular updates and convert opportunities into confirmed projects.
• Monitor upcoming retail developments, refurbishments and store openings.
• Collaborate with management and estimating teams when preparing quotations and proposals.
• Represent the company professionally at client meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within shopfitting, construction, cabinetry or interiors.
• Strong prospecting ability and confidence in telephone and face‑to‑face communication.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working with sales targets and commission.
• Own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s licence.
