About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Business Development and Appointment Setter to drive outbound outreach to prospective B2B clients in the investment sector. The role focuses on generating high‑quality appointments for senior sales advisors and nurturing leads through the sales funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other outreach to identify potential B2B clients.
• Engage decision‑makers, introduce investment opportunities, and qualify leads against defined criteria.
• Book qualified appointments for senior sales representatives or advisors.
• Maintain accurate interaction records in the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture interest and confirm appointments.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment‑setting targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities.
• Stay informed about investment products and market trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales development, appointment setting, or B2B sales.
• Previous experience in investment, financial services, or wealth management is preferred.
• Proven ability to communicate with business owners and senior decision‑makers.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding appointment‑setting targets.
• Excellent telephone, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, driven, and target‑oriented.

Required skills
