Sales Associate – SMB Market

About the role

Join Pnet’s SME department as a Sales Associate focused on small‑and‑medium businesses. You will help companies transform their hiring process by promoting Pnet’s recruitment solutions and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage high‑quality leads using various sourcing techniques and tools.
• Prospect, cold‑call and close deals, persuading businesses to adopt Pnet solutions.
• Maintain and grow client relationships through strategic conversations, product usage tracking and upselling opportunities.
• Accurately handle administrative tasks, documentation and reporting via the CRM system.
• Continuously develop skills through upskilling and training opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales track record.
• Strong cold‑calling and telephone communication abilities.
• Clear and persuasive verbal and written communication.
• Ability to listen attentively and understand customer needs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
