Sales Associate – Remote (40 hrs)

About the role
We are looking for a high‑energy Sales Associate to join our retail team and work from home. You will represent our brand, help customers create beautiful living spaces and contribute to sales targets in a 40‑hour week.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the face of the brand, creating a welcoming environment for every customer.
- Match customers with stylish products, driving sales and helping them design their homes.
- Track performance, seize opportunities to exceed targets and generate new sales.
- Maintain store stock levels and ensure attractive presentation.
Required profile
- Matric certificate.
- Previous retail sales experience; hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
- Attention to detail, organizational ability and initiative.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
