About the role

Join Totalsports in Midkaroo as a Sales Associate, representing the brand and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining stock, and ensuring the store is always ready for shoppers.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, providing exceptional customer service.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
• Track personal sales performance against targets.
• Promote a diverse product range and stay updated on décor and fashion trends.
• Replenish stock to keep the store ready for customers at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum education: Grade 12 (Matric).
• Passion for people and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication with high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to build customer loyalty, negotiate and close sales.
• Demonstrates adherence to standards, continual improvement and effective decision‑making.
