About the role
We are seeking a Sales Associate to represent our Totalsports brand at Eikestad Mall, delivering an outstanding customer experience and driving sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, providing amazing customer experiences.
- Identify customer needs and offer the best possible solutions to exceed expectations.
- Track sales performance against targets and seek new sales opportunities.
- Sell a diverse product range while staying up‑to‑date with décor and fashion trends.
- Assist with stock replenishment to keep the store ready for customers.
Required profile
- Minimum education: Grade 12 (Matric).
- Passionate about people, target‑driven and able to work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and pay high attention to detail.
