About the role
We are looking for a Sales Associate to represent Totalsports on the Garden Route, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales.
Key responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for the brand and provide amazing customer experience.
- Exceed customer expectations by identifying and offering the best possible solutions.
- Track sales performance against targets.
- Sell a diverse product range and stay up‑to‑date with the latest décor and fashion trends.
- Seek new sales opportunities.
- Assist with stock replenishment to keep the store ready for customers.
Required profile
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
- Passionate about people.
