About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join our retail team in Pretoria. The role involves greeting customers, helping them find the right products, and ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide product recommendations.
- Process cash and card transactions and handle refunds using the POS system.
- Receive and unpack deliveries, conduct stock counts, and maintain shelf presentation.
- Achieve daily sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
Required profile
- Matric/Grade 12 certificate.
- Clear criminal and credit record.
- Own reliable transport.
- Friendly, customer‑focused attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency with a POS (point‑of‑sale) system.
