Sales and Marketing Representative

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Sales and Marketing Representative to join our remote team. You will focus on high‑volume outbound cold‑calling to set qualified appointments for recruitment agencies serving UK‑based SMEs.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls each day to targeted companies.
• Use scripts, call sheets, and training materials to deliver value‑based messaging.
• Identify decision makers, build rapport quickly, and book qualified meetings.
• Track outreach activity, call notes, and meeting conversions on our sales platform.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine communication, objection handling, and call strategy.
• Participate in regular training sessions focused on sales skills, mindset, and performance.
• Achieve and exceed weekly metrics for calls made, connections, and meetings booked.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience booking appointments through cold calling.
• Proven high‑volume outbound cold‑calling experience.
• Track record of booking 10–20 qualified appointments per month.
• Strong communication and objection‑handling abilities.
• Highly motivated, competitive, and results‑driven.
• Experience working with UK‑based SMEs.
