Sales Agent – Retirement Estate (Pretoria/Centurion)

About the role

Join CSi Properties as a Sales Agent focused on retirement estates in the Pretoria and Centurion area. You will help buyers and sellers navigate the property market, ensuring they find the right retirement home at the best price.

Key responsibilities

• Guide sellers and buyers through the marketing and purchase process.
• Assess client needs and financial capacity to recommend suitable properties.
• Negotiate offers, advise on market conditions, mortgages, and legal requirements.
• Conduct comparative market analyses and prepare valuation reports.
• Show properties, manage listings, and coordinate paperwork such as contracts and closing statements.
• Liaise with appraisers, attorneys, lenders, and home inspectors.
• Build and maintain professional networks to generate new business.

Required profile

• Minimum six months experience as a sales agent in real estate.
• Registered Property Practitioner with a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC).
• Strong knowledge of the South African property market, especially retirement villages.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Understanding of property valuation and market analysis.
• Familiarity with real‑estate transaction documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships.
