Sales Agent

About the role

MVIA is looking for experienced, high‑performing Sales Agents to join an outbound sales team focused on motor value‑added products. You will work in a fast‑paced environment where discipline, consistency and results are rewarded.

Key responsibilities

• Drive outbound sales by contacting prospective clients over the phone and promoting a range of motor value‑added products.
• Meet and exceed performance targets such as sales volume, conversion rate and quality standards.
• Apply objection‑handling and closing techniques while adhering to compliance and ethical standards.
• Deliver a customer‑centric experience with clear, accurate and transparent communication.
• Maintain high QA scores, minimise errors and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Capture and manage client information accurately across systems.
• Participate in coaching, training and performance‑management activities.
• Contribute to a resilient, accountable, high‑performance team culture.

Required profile

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
• 2–3 years proven sales experience in a call‑centre, retail or direct‑sales environment.
• Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Fluent English; additional South African languages are a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
