Sales Agent – Gap Cover

About the role

Rewardsco Sales is seeking energetic outbound sales agents to join its Gap Cover team in Umhlanga. You will promote Gap Cover products to South African clients, helping them secure essential health protection while building a rewarding career in sales.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers and sell Gap Cover policies.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional image.
• Complete training programs to become a sales expert.

Required profile

• Matriculation (high school) qualification.
• At least 6 months of outbound telesales experience.
• Prior experience selling Gap Cover, medical insurance, or medical aid is essential.
• Proven outbound sales track record and clear criminal record.
• Strong communication skills.
