About the role
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Agent to join our growing team in Benoni, Gauteng. The role is commission‑based and offers the opportunity to earn based on performance while developing sales expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business.
- Present product offerings and negotiate terms to close sales.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and achieve set sales targets.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with team members and report sales activity to management.
Required profile
- Valid South African ID.
- Matriculation (or equivalent) with at least 50 % average.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
