Sales & Account Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Sales & Account Manager to own the full customer journey and keep our operational machine running smoothly. This remote, full‑time position requires a proactive professional who can bridge clients and our procurement team, ensuring timely delivery, rapid quoting, and maximised revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Lead high‑level meetings and calls with existing and new clients, acting as the brand’s face for project updates.
• Receive, process, and submit 100% of quote requests within 24 hours, coordinating with procurement for accurate pricing.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, targeting at least two upsell or cross‑sell opportunities per month.
• Run follow‑up sequences for open quotes and inactive clients to capture all revenue potential.
• Maintain a 90%+ client retention rate and generate one qualified referral for every three closed projects.
• Keep CRM (Pipedrive) and Airtable updated in real time with all interactions, notes, and project stages.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and negotiate renewals.
• Report pipeline health, retention metrics, and client feedback to leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a client‑facing commercial role.
• Fluent, impeccable written and spoken English with Western business proficiency.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and retention KPIs.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting across time zones.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM systems such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
• Proficiency with Airtable and Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with project‑management tools.
