SAIPA Article Clerk – Trainee Accountant

About the role

C2M Chartered Accountants is seeking motivated individuals to join its audit and accounting team as SAIPA Article Clerks. This apprenticeship offers a structured pathway to complete the SAIPA articles training contract and qualify as a professional accountant.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior accountants with audit and bookkeeping tasks.
• Prepare and review financial statements and supporting documentation.
• Maintain client files and ensure compliance with SAIPA standards.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning.

Required profile

• Completed SAIPA‑accredited accounting degree.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in both Afrikaans and English.
• Good interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
