Rheumatologist – Clinical Services, CA

About the role

The Rheumatologist will join the Clinical Services team in Century City and Panorama City, CA, providing expert diagnosis and management of a wide range of rheumatic diseases. This position combines high‑quality patient care with opportunities for research, education, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with arthritis, autoimmune disorders, osteoporosis, and other musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop and implement evidence‑based, individualized treatment plans for over 200 rheumatic diseases.
• Interpret laboratory results, radiographs, MRIs, ultrasounds, and other diagnostic tests to guide clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with primary care, orthopedics, physical therapy, and pain management teams to deliver integrated care.
• Participate in clinical research, quality improvement initiatives, and medical education activities.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, HIPAA, and OSHA regulations.

Required profile

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology.
• Valid, unrestricted medical license in California.
• Significant experience in rheumatology, including autoimmune and musculoskeletal disorders.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, OSHA, and related healthcare regulations.
• Experience in clinical, research, or academic environments; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient‑engagement skills.

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
• Ability to perform data analysis for clinical and research purposes.

• Competitive compensation ranging from $350,000 to $500,000 per year.
