RF Engineer – Design, Deploy & Commission High‑Performance RF Systems

About the role

We are looking for a skilled RF Engineer to lead the design, simulation, testing and on‑site commissioning of high‑performance radio‑frequency systems. You will work in a fast‑paced engineering environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver reliable RF solutions in real‑world settings.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop RF circuits, antennas and complete RF systems.
• Perform electromagnetic simulations and optimise performance using tools such as HFSS, ADS or CST.
• Conduct laboratory testing, validation and troubleshooting of RF prototypes.
• Lead on‑site commissioning, integration and performance tuning of RF installations.
• Diagnose and resolve RF‑related issues during deployment.
• Collaborate closely with project, hardware and software teams.

Required profile

• BEng or BSc in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–8 years of hands‑on experience in RF design, simulation and field commissioning.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a practical engineering mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and teamwork.

Required skills

• RF circuit and system design.
• Electromagnetic simulation tools (HFSS, ADS, CST or equivalents).
• RF test equipment operation (spectrum analyzer, signal generator, network analyzer).
• Antenna theory and propagation principles.
• Wireless communication protocols and standards.
• Interpretation of schematics, layouts and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of compliance standards and EMC considerations.
