Revenue Manager – Portfolio & Pricing Optimization

About the role

We are looking for a Revenue Manager who will drive portfolio and pricing decisions through rigorous data analysis and commercial insight. Reporting to the Managing Director and Customer Marketing Managers, you will shape pricing strategies that maximise profit while aligning with market dynamics.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate multiple disaggregated data sources to build robust decision‑making tools and analytical models.
• Provide sophisticated revenue‑management tools, including profit‑waterfall analysis, price‑threshold analysis, price/pack discount curves, price elasticity calculations, and competitor pricing intelligence.
• Undertake routine and ad‑hoc portfolio optimisation analyses against strategic KPIs and benchmark data.
• Support pack and price architecture initiatives, mapping brand portfolios to shopper and trade needs and delivering cluster‑based ranging recommendations.
• Conduct scenario modelling for innovation business cases to determine optimal pack price, launch promotions, and volumetric assumptions.
• Analyse customer profitability, performing routine and ad‑hoc assessments against strategic roles and channel benchmarks.
• Collaborate with Shopper & Trade Marketing and Customer Managers to optimise promotional mechanics, pricing levels, and competitive share of voice.
• Support financial planning of price increases through scenario modelling of competitor response, trade buy‑ins, and timing of RSP changes.
• Provide fact‑based commercial inputs for trade arguments supporting innovations, campaigns, and promotional pricing.
• Work with Finance, Sales, and Operations to ensure accurate pricing accruals, execution of price adjustments, and timely reporting of compliance gaps.
