Revenue Growth Data Science Manager

About the role

PwC SATIC is seeking a Revenue Growth Data Science Manager to lead advanced analytics and machine‑learning initiatives that drive pricing, promotion, assortment and customer investment decisions. You will work at the intersection of data science and commercial strategy, turning complex data into actionable insights for revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead analytics across revenue growth levers such as pricing, promotions, product mix, assortment and trade investment.
• Develop models to assess price elasticity, promotional effectiveness, cannibalisation, incrementality, demand shifts and margin impact.
• Identify revenue, volume, market‑share and profitability opportunities across products, channels, customers and markets.
• Support pricing and promotional strategy development based on consumer behaviour, competitor activity and cost movements.
• Evaluate trade investment and promotional spend to improve ROI and reduce ineffective expenditure.
• Design, build, validate and deploy statistical and machine‑learning models for commercial decision‑making.
• Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations for commercial and executive stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven data‑science expertise combined with strong commercial and strategic insight.
• Experience collaborating with commercial, sales, marketing, finance, category management, data engineering and technology teams.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical results in a clear, business‑focused manner.
