Retail Travel Consultant – Worcester (Full‑time)

About the role

Join Flight Centre’s Worcester store as a Retail Travel Consultant, where you’ll turn customer enquiries into memorable travel experiences. You’ll work in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment, balancing sales targets with high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through consultative sales conversations.
• Sell end‑to‑end travel solutions including flights, accommodation, tours, cruises, car hire, transfers and travel insurance.
• Manage multiple customers across in‑store, phone and email channels.
• Use booking systems and supplier tools to quote, upsell, book and follow up accurately.
• Build a loyal base of new and repeat customers for both domestic trips and complex international holidays.
• Achieve individual KPIs and sales targets, earning commission on every sale.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer‑facing, target‑driven sales role with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong communication skills and confidence selling in person and over the phone.
• High attention to detail and strong computer skills, with confidence using multiple, complex systems.
• International travel experience.
• Matric qualification and availability to work full‑time, including weekends and public holidays.
