Retail Skin Therapist – Woolworths Tablebay

About the role

Dermalogica South Africa is seeking enthusiastic skin therapists to join the Woolworths Tablebay store. As a retail skin therapist you will deliver Dermalogica treatments, guide customers through personalized consultations and act as a brand ambassador, helping clients become loyal Dermalogica devotees.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all Dermalogica treatments and concept procedures in line with brand standards.
• Take ownership of monthly sales targets and monitor daily goal achievement.
• Conduct detailed consultations and Face Mapping for each new client, updating records in the POS system.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide post‑sale follow‑up via phone or email.
• Participate in store activities such as meetings, workshops, inventory handling and sales promotions.
• Maintain a clean and well‑stocked treatment area, including the skin bar and product pool.

Required profile

• Skin Care Qualification NQF Level 4 with at least two years full‑time experience.
• Ability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Proven sales track record and passion for retail.
• Confident customer engagement and self‑motivation.
• Previous experience with Dermalogica is an advantage.
