About the role

Join adidas as a Retail Sales Associate at the Eastgate store, where you will deliver exceptional customer service and support daily store operations. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers find the right products while maintaining store standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of adidas service to every customer.
• Process sales transactions, including cash, credit, and checks.
• Assist with product flow from stockroom to the sales floor.
• Secure company assets and stock to minimize shrinkage.
• Help develop and maintain merchandise displays.
• Utilise the point‑of‑sale system efficiently.
• Apply selling techniques such as add‑on sales and technical product explanations.
• Greet customers, act as a greeter during busy periods, and uphold housekeeping standards.

Required profile

• Matric certificate.
• 2–4 years of retail experience.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to meet sales goals.
• High energy, people‑skills, and a proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
