Retail Sales Assistant – Upmarket Stores

About the role
Our client, a leading retailer, is looking for mature and professional Sales Assistants to deliver exceptional customer service across three up‑market stores in Benoni, Linden and Wendywood. This is a permanent, shift‑based position offering a base salary of R5,000 plus commission.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through personalised customer service.
- Conduct one‑on‑one consultations and advise customers on adult product ranges.
- Perform stock taking, inventory management and replenishment.
- Handle cash‑ups, daily reconciliations and POS transactions.
- Execute opening and closing store procedures.
Required profile
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
- Strong one‑on‑one customer service skills.
- Extroverted, energetic and socially mature.
- Own transport and a valid driver’s licence.
- Computer literate.

- Microsoft Office
- POS systems
