About the role
Join Typo’s vibrant retail team at The Pavilion Shopping Centre and become the face of a brand that blends creativity with everyday essentials. As a Sales Assistant you will help customers discover products that add personality to their lives while supporting Typo’s global re‑branding journey.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to every customer, acting as a brand ambassador.
- Maintain an inviting store environment through visual merchandising and regular replenishment.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve sales targets and celebrate collective wins.
- Assist with stock handling, price checks and point‑of‑sale transactions.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for retail and customer experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
