Retail Media Co-ordinator

About the role

The Retail Media Co-ordinator supports the Retail Media Sales team by keeping the sales pipeline, CRM data, proposal inputs, campaign readiness and handovers organised, accurate and on track across the end‑to‑end sales lifecycle. This role sits within Massmart’s fast‑growing Retail Media team, which connects brands and sellers with customers both online and in‑store.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate CRM pipeline data, including opportunities, deal stages, values, timelines and campaign requirements.
• Coordinate proposal inputs such as inventory, campaign formats, pricing templates and timelines, and compile proposal packs.
• Manage handovers from Sales to Campaign Management, ensuring briefs, assets, budgets and readiness checklists are complete.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales updates, track performance logs and maintain central documents.
• Liaise with Campaign Management, Creative, Production, Ops and Data Monetisation teams to gather inputs and track deliverables.
• Support sales processes, approval workflows and governance requirements, keeping audit‑ready records.
• Identify process inefficiencies, recommend improvements and support training initiatives.

Required profile

• National Diploma in Marketing, Business, Commercial or Media‑related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, account support or commercial operations.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing or commercial environment.
